Client Service Representative
With over 4.5 years of experience in the industry, Marissa is dedicated to delivering compassionate, respectful service to every client and patient she assists. She prides herself on making each interaction a positive experience, ensuring pets and their families feel welcomed and supported. In her free time, Marissa enjoys painting, drawing, and spending quality time with her pups. She also loves exploring new areas and watching new true crime documentaries. Her friendly demeanor and commitment to quality care make her a valuable member of the team.
Azaria (she/her)
Client Service Representative
Azaria is a dedicated Customer Service Representative in the veterinary field. Having started her veterinary care career in 2022, her primary focus is advocating for animals and ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. She takes pride in being a voice for them and strives to make a positive impact in their lives.
In her free time, Azaria enjoys reading, creative activities such as crafts, and playing video games.
Candice (she/her)
Veterinary Technician
Candice has been a dedicated veterinary technician since 2020, following her graduation from Fox College’s Vet Tech Institute. She is passionate about her role, priding herself on providing compassionate care to animals and their families. Known for her willingness to take in unwanted animals, Candice goes above and beyond in educating clients, comforting patients, and ensuring each pet receives the attention they deserve. Outside of work, Candice enjoys making sewing gifts, tackling craft projects, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants.
Ayelet (she/her)
Veterinary Technician
Ayelet is a vet technician at Broadway Animal Hospital, and she brings a unique blend of international experience to her role. After attending school in Israel, she has been working in the veterinary field for five years.
Ayelet is passionate about her job and takes pride in demonstrating to her clients that she loves their pets as much as they do. Her approach is marked by kindness and compassion, ensuring that her patients receive the best care possible.
In her free time, Ayelet enjoys various interests and hobbies. She’s an avid reader, enjoying reading books in both Hebrew and English. She also has a passion for horseback riding and traveling.
Dr. Adam Perry (he/him)
Veterinarian
Dr. Perry is a 2010 Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine graduate. His undergraduate studies were completed at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Perry’s clinical interests include renal disease, allergies, orthopedics, and surgery. He also enjoys collecting as many hugs and kisses from his patients as possible. During his free time he loves spending time with his wife, son and 4 animals. He has 2 cats, Jennings and Lucas, and 2 dogs, Coda and Neo. He loves watching American football, specifically the celebrated Green Bay Packers, family trips, and anything from the marvel cinematic universe. During the pandemic Dr. Perry and his wife have also enjoyed cooking pizza, pretzels, and trying to emulate a famous TV chef with the rare beef wellington.

Veterinarian
Dr. Cicero Dupre is a 2024 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. Growing up in Louisiana, they completed their undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University. With a lifelong passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Dupre was surrounded by a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, horses, and even fish. Before attending veterinary school, Dr. Dupre gained valuable experience working as a veterinary assistant at a mixed animal clinic in Louisiana. Their clinical interests include feline medicine, integrative medicine, and dentistry. In their free time, Dr. Dupre enjoys spending time with their partner and their seven Kittitian cats. They also love playing video games, watching anime, and attending anime conventions where they cosplay with their partner.
Dr. Lindsay Popp (she/her)
Veterinarian
Dr. Popp grew up in the northwest Chicago suburbs and graduated from St. George’s University. She has always had a fondness for animals, with a particular bias towards cats and dogs. Her special interests lie in the fields of nutrition and dermatology. Currently, she owns a 10-year-old orange tabby cat and a 7-month-old mini golden doodle. Her hobbies encompass running along Lake Shore Drive, participating in water activities, and discovering various restaurants in Chicago. She expresses great enthusiasm about joining the Broadway team and eagerly looks forward to building relationships with her future patients.
Dr. Sohee Kim (she/her)
Veterinarian
Dr. Kim graduated from Kyungpook National University College of Veterinary Medicine and concentrated on internal medicine while working in South Korea as a general practitioner. She obtained her US license in 2014 and embarked on a new adventure with her husband, Andrew, in the great state of Alaska. After a number of years working overseas as a Vet for the US military, they returned to the states to be closer to family. Her husband grew up in the region, but this is her first time living in Chicago, and she really enjoys exploring the city with her husband, daughter Lillian, and their two cats and dog, Pumpkin and Jellybean, and Luna. Dr. Kim loves working as a general practitioner and is excited to work with Chicago’s small animals!
Susie Good (she/her)
Practice Manager
Susie, a dedicated professional, entered the veterinary medicine industry in November 2022. Prior to this, she excelled in banking and multi-family property management for 23 years, honing her leadership skills. Susie prides herself on caring for the team that takes care of patients, employing a servant leadership approach. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Chicago’s architecture and art scene, accompanied by her dog Wyndam. She also loves traveling and values spending time with her family and friends in Michigan. Susie’s journey highlights her adaptability and passion for making a positive impact in her chosen profession.
Santosh (he/him)
Lead Veterinary Technician
Santosh graduated in Nepal from Himalayan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology with his B.V.Sc. & A.H. in 2013 and from Agriculture and Forestry University with his M.V. Sc. in 2017. He is a Licensed Veterinary Doctor in Nepal and has been working as a Lead Veterinary Technician for six years in the U.S.. Santosh aims to work on obtaining his Veterinary License in
the U.S. in the near future. He has been caring for all kinds of patients for ten years now with deep passion in surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia. During his free time, Santosh shares life with his daughter and wife.
Jessica (she/her)
Veterinary Technician
Jessica is a Chicago native that joined Broadway Animal Hospital in September 2022. In 2015, Jessica started her studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for Veterinary Medicine and has been dedicated to her career ever since. Over the last six years Jessica has worked her way up from a receptionist to a veterinary technician. With goals to grow her veterinary career, Jessica is currently enrolled at Penn Foster to obtain her veterinary technician certification.
Jessica has been a feline fanatic her whole life, but loves dogs just as much. She has three cats at home: Jimmy Jimeson John, Ghost, and Skippy. In the future, Jessica will own her own hospital specializing in different types of therapy for dogs.
Ivan (he/him)
Veterinary Technician
Ivan has 7 years of industry experience, working as a vet assistant and DVM in Mexico, followed by a year as a vet technician in the USA. He studied at the Autonomous University of Yucatań: School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry. Ivan takes pride in his ability to help animals in distress and treats all pets as if they were his own. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and lifting weights, which contribute to his personal growth and well-being. Ivan’s compassion and dedication make him a valuable asset in veterinary medicine.
Marco (he/him)
Veterinary Technician
With 7 years of experience in the industry, Marco has established himself in veterinary medicine. He attended the Autonomous University of Yucatań: School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry from 2012 to 2016. When it comes to taking care of his patients, Marco prides himself on providing professional medical care with a human touch. Patient care is his number one priority, and he always strives to give his best.
During his free time, he enjoys exploring new food experiences, watching movies and anime, playing video games, and staying active through workouts. These activities allow him to unwind and find balance outside of his veterinary profession.
Driven by his commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to his patients, he brings a human-centered approach to his practice. In addition, his diverse interests and hobbies contribute to his well-rounded outlook on life and help him maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Yasmin (she/her)
Veterinary Technician
Yasmin has been in the industry for 3.5 years, making a difference in veterinary medicine. She completed her studies at PPG Technical College in Puerto Rico, where she graduated as a veterinarian assistant. After gaining three years of experience in the field, Yasmin has now advanced to become a veterinary technician. Her deep love for animals is evident, as she has her own beautiful dog named Sushi.
Working at Broadway Animal Hospital, Yasmin finds immense joy in interacting with clients and their extraordinary pets on a daily basis. Building connections with clients and their furry companions is her favorite aspect of her work.
During her downtime, Yasmin enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and indulging in different cuisines. She also appreciates the restorative power of napping, which helps her recharge and maintain a healthy balance in life.
AJ (they/them)
Client Service Rep/Vet Assistant
AJ, a dedicated Client Service Representative and Vet Assistant, has been in the industry for 6 ½ years. They pursued their passion for veterinary medicine without attending a specific school. AJ takes pride in their long-standing love for animals, which has driven them since they were eight years old. They find joy in creating a warm and comforting environment for both clients and patients, ensuring that every experience is positive.
When not at work, AJ enjoys spending time at the beach with their partner and dog, or simply cozying up at home with their cats. They have a fondness for playing the flute and piano, baking delicious treats, and indulging in Sci-Fi shows and movies.
AJ’s dedication to veterinary medicine, their compassionate approach, and their diverse interests contribute to their overall fulfillment. Their ability to create a positive environment for clients and patients reflects their commitment to excellent care in the field.

Client Service Representative
Emma is a Client Service Representative with over 7 years of experience in the industry. Although she didn’t attend a specific school for veterinary medicine, her passion for animals shines through her work. Emma takes pride in working alongside animals and has a diverse range of pets including a shih tzu mix, a chihuahua, a turtle, fish, and a bird. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner, children, family, and friends. Emma loves watching movies, visiting parks, going to the zoo, cooking, and attending church. Her dedication to animals and her connections with loved ones bring her joy and fulfillment.

Client Service Representative
Graham is a Client Service Representative who joined the industry in October 2022. He studied at Oberlin College in Ohio. Graham prides himself on his cool-headedness, thoughtful decision-making, and empathetic approach to client services in veterinary medicine. In his free time, he enjoys following sports, playing darts with his wife, and watching reality TV shows to critique them. Graham’s dedication to his role and his diverse interests contribute to his overall fulfillment.
Taba (she/her)
Veterinary Technician
Taba is new to the veterinary medicine field but worked in human medicine for four years as a certified sterile OR technician. Her previous experience working in the operating room required a level head in rough cases, and she always approaches situations with compassion first. Taba has a soft spot for animals and used to volunteer and foster stray and sick cats at shelters. She loves meeting new patients and saying hi to all of the animals that come in!
In her free time, Taba likes to cuddle with her foster-fail cat, Mochi. She is a dancer; she loves Latin dancing and dances three to five times a week. She is also a make-up artist and has worked on commercials, TV shows, and films. She enjoys experimenting with new makeup looks on herself!
